1. Cook 1 pack of DeliChef Nyonya Curry paste until fragrant. Add in 900ml water and bring to boil
2. Add in 300g chicken, prawn and tofu puff, simmer until cooked
3. Add in 200ml coconut milk and laksa leaf; bring to boil
4. Blanch noodle, cockle, hard-boiled egg, fish cake and bean sprout
5. Pour the ready cooked gravy into a bowl with all the above ingredients
